a little background on each of bob's family members. 

Cecil-
is described as the younger of the two brothers, he's as smart as his brother and just as cocky. differing from his brother however Cecil was more of a seemingly happy child even though he was not the favoured child.
he has attempted to kill his brother but failed, resulting in prison time.
as far as is known there is no partner for Cecil. 

bob
bob is the main subject of this account, there's a whole other page about him  bob's personalityrobert aka Sideshow Bob, is the twisted backlash everyone wanted to see in the simpson world. the killer who was both cunning and funny. he achieved just this.

he is the villain that's often seen chasing after Bart Simpson in attempt to kill him,
though the origins of this character's design are only summed as 'palm tree' for the hair, and his last name being inspired by doctor Suess's character Terwilliger from 5,0000 fingers dr.t.
 it's clear this character's personality  is very much inspired by at least two of the greatest movie killers of all time. 
hes as clever as Max Cady, the same twisted as Norm Bates.  he'd known for his strange knowledge of philsophy and odd humanity. 
the personality in this version of Bob is heavily inspired by Max Cady, working at his victims minds before physically dealing much damage.

Gino  Terwilliger
not much is known cannon about the little tike. all that's really known is that he looks a lot like his father and was loosely inspired to look like Chucky.
he's known to have the same personality as his father although a little more easily distracted, and Italian accent.he's listed as being a year older than Maggie Simpson.
any time he's rped as a character he shares these traits but is also slightly nervous around other children, struggling to make friends because of his personality and desire to want to be more focused on bonding with his father. 
Gino often carries a pair of bright red handled safety scissors, they were his gift from his father as his "first weapon" 
during birthdays he may receive a large knife that looks more like butcher knife as a gift for his third birthday. 

Bob's wife ( Francesca Terwilliger )
as the cannon story goes, he met her while trying to change his life around in italy. they fell in love and had Gino. however it wasn't until later she learned of Bob's serval attempts to kill Bart Simpson. after learning this she decides to join Bob in attempting to murder the simpson family. 
she's known to be loosely based on Ezmeralda of Hunchback of notre dame. 
described as being of olive skin, black curly hair, with hooped gold earrings and a low cut top. 
she loves bob dearly.

Phineas Flynn

As cannon stories have shown Robert did work as head of creating artifical food, this acoording to weird Simpson time line could have happened before Robert moved to Italy.

Desiring to have a child but only having half the DNA needed, Robert requests a test subject. Which happens to be linda who was unable to conceive any children after having candace, as result the two agree to attempt a method to create life artificially using a mixture of their DNA. this yields life roughly taking the same time it would normally for this child to develop, in feeling of compassion and wishing to make it that his son could possibly lead a normal life. he tampers with the DNA a little, removing more negative aspects of his personality and replacing them with more personality from Linda. also messing slightly with appearance, fearing one day something might end up going wrong and this would be the safest way to protect the child.
the result was a fully healthy test-tube baby named Phineas. who became linda's new child. however not long after this there seemed to be an slow descend to Linda refusing to allow Robert to see his infant, and within the span of a little bit over a year she admits a lie to him that the child died in infantcy, not giving much more detail.
heart broken Robert returns to Springfield and continues to pick his life where he left off. 
almost ten years later while hunting bart Robert accidentally came across the boy who was protecting Bart at the time. not recognizing him but feeling like theres an odd connection, he moves the kid aside with some force but fails to kill bart once again.
some time later the child ends up at his door seeking help with a play, which Robert found confusing to say least. it was just shortly after this while at the boy's home, he realizes it is his boy after all. 


 
this sweet kid is a bart from another dimension. he interrupted my award ceremony when he first arrived but ya know aside from that he's done nothing to be. truth be told it nice to hang around with this kid.
found out not too long ago that his homer is abusive. i can't stand that sort of thing, it peeves me.so i adopted him. i've changed his name to annul because I'm less likely to kill him that way. 
he's sweet and not surprisingly, having a tad difficulty letting loose to his old memories.
i've yet to find his sisters but i will hopefully be able to.
